Apartment Features
The countertops are granite and they come with washer and dryer. The community is clean and the tenants are quiet. It it peaceful to just sit on the balcony and relax. I definitely recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking to live hassle free. With an on-site theater room, beauty salon, fitness center, card and crafts room, and even a library.
Been told by neighbor he has been robbed once but nothing I've seen shows it's a dangerous place. Studio apartment is nice and affordable, good for beginning apartment for young people just starting on their own. Tucked between Rancho Drive and the 95, Michael Way encompasses a number of prime suburban hotspots, all of them just six miles from the famous Las Vegas Strip. The area is classic Vegas with its towering palm trees, succulent gardens, and stucco homes.

The neighbors are very nice, it’s quiet, the grounds are clean and amenities are excellent. Location is optimal for groceries and entertainment. The staff is very helpful and attentive to our needs.

Solstice has 1 shopping centers within 1.5 miles, which is about a 4-minute drive. I couldn't had asked for a better complex to live at than Solstice. Everything stays clean and the front office staff are the sweetest. Maintenance gets things done quickly and efficiently.
Maintenance staff is attentive property is well kept. I love the scenery, the calmness, and all the amazing amenities. Our apartment is well equipped and has a wonderful view.
